By downloading, accessing, or using Competitive Exam Master (“CEM”) via mobile application or web portal, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Independent Educational Nature & Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

Important Disclaimer: Competitive Exam Master (CEM) is an independent learning preparation tool developed by OnlineVibe. CEM is NOT an official agency or affiliated in any manner with the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC), Staff Selection Commission (SSC), Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), or any State or Central Government bodies. Official examination dates, notifications, and answer keys are governed strictly by respective governmental authorities.

3. User Conduct & Anti-Abuse

Users may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the question bank or proprietary learning materials.
Automated scraping, batch downloading, or harvesting questions using bots or unauthorized scripts is strictly forbidden.
Multiple device logins or sharing subscription access in violation of plan terms may result in account suspension.

4. Content Accuracy & Examination Guidance

While CEM curates questions, answer explanations, and current affairs digests with meticulous editorial care, we do not warrant that all explanations are free of typographical or conceptual errors. Students should cross-reference complex syllabus doubts with official standard texts.

5. Termination & Modifications

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate security or abuse policies. Terms may be updated periodically; continued usage after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
